Tamkeeny is aligned with the Kingdom’s drive to increase Bahrainization at the corporate level, the Labour Ministry’s Training & Development objective to make Bahrainis the employees of choice and Tamkeen supported technical tracks. Through these tracks, the Government extends support to Bahraini nationals and enterprises by offering recruitment, skills development training, and wage subsidy.

NIT is pleased and delighted to introduce “Tamkeeny”, our recruitment and pre- employment training initiative which is designed to develop job-specific skills and multiple employment opportunities for Bahrainis. Tamkeeny will bridge the gap between the Corporates and job seekers by providing a pool of skilled Bahrainis who are trained on the job description and skills set shared by the corporates with NIT. Tamkeeny is an industry oriented education venture – an approach to learning from an industry perspective. Here, business concepts such as Sales, Personal Development, HR, and Marketing are taught in the context of the application of that knowledge in the practical environment.
